My Inspirement™ is a community-centered movement to inspire leaders at any age or stage of transition. The vision is to share our journeys and methods, help others challenge their status quo, and get motivated for what’s now and next. We will help each other design — and enjoy — a more sustainable work-life-style that we all work so hard to reach. One that is lifted by an inclusive, caring, inter-generational circle of influence.

Together, We Shine On.

Our Founder

“Danielle is exactly the right person to inspire people who might feel a little run down by recent events.”

Danielle Cohn is a recognized, sought-out expert in inspiring leadership and culture, innovation and startup strategies, and collaborative partnerships. She founded, built, and led the global accelerator LIFT Labs at Comcast NBCUniversal, a Fortune 30 public company where she demonstrated herself as a trusted advisor and influencer to the C-suite. She built a diverse network of more than 3,000 global founders, and launched 100+ startups across the business in strategic areas such as the future of work, connectivity, media, gaming/sports, entertainment, fintech, and caretech. Her programs were cited as a key factor in Comcast NBCUniversal being named one of Fast Company’s “Best Places to Work for Innovators.”

As an entrepreneur and champion in advancing women, and with a growth mindset, Danielle decided to share decades of real-world insights by launching the My Inspirement™ community, empowering independently minded leaders (and their circles of influence) to rethink, plan for, and enjoy the sustainable lifestyles we all work so hard to reach.

Danielle also advises a portfolio of innovators through Wave Ventures, her LLC. She is an investor and advisor in ProFound accessibility advocacy platform, and limited partner in Conscience VC, a woman-led fund that invests in science that impacts humanity.

As a vocal advocate for family caregivers, she mentors in the Techstars Future of Longevity accelerator and was an advisor in the first care economy market study, both led by Melinda French Gates’ Pivotal Ventures. She is also an advisor to actor and philanthropist Bradley Cooper’s One Family Foundation.

Prior to Comcast, Danielle served as Vice President of Marketing + Communications at the Philadelphia Convention + Visitors Bureau opening her eyes to the real impact tech and innovation have on destinations and the diverse people who live, work, or travel there. She advised Mayors and Governors, was involved in developing Philadelphia’s first startup seed fund, and on a national level in the go-to-market strategy for TSA Pre-check as a Committee Chair at U.S. Travel Association.

Danielle co-founded an endowed scholarship at The Klein School of Communications at Temple University, her alma matter. She holds certificates from The University of Pennsylvania Wharton Executive Education in Blue Ocean Strategy and Women in Leadership, and studied The Coaching Way with Tara Mohr and at Modern Elder Academy with Chip Conley.

Danielle was appointed to the Comcast Cable Diversity Equity and Inclusion National Steering Committee and served on dozens of boards over her career, including Leadership Philadelphia, Philadelphia Academies, and Philly Startup Leaders. Known as a champion of underrepresented voices, she was an Executive Producer of Founding in Color, a docuseries her former team developed for Xfinity Black Experience and Peacock.

Danielle lives between Philadelphia, PA, and Longport, NJ, where she enjoys spending time with family, beach walks, photography, traveling, singing, and lifelong learning, including mentoring and advising leaders from all backgrounds through My Inspirement™ workshops.
